Clara's Pizza was originated in 1972 by Clara Zara, she was an incredible businesswoman in her time!  She used her own recipes and high quality ingredients to create a pizza people would remember.  She had a reputation for cooking with love and perfection.  This still serves as the foundation of Clara's Pizza today, we are fortunate to carry on her tradition!
